When I signed up with MyHosting in the beginning which is roughly 3 years ago, I had a few issues which were shrewdly grasped by their support team and resolved quickly. I was looking for a Microsoft exchange service and I have found theirs to be nearly perfect. To be honest, even Microsoft cannot beat them at that. To be adept at customer support, especially technical support is not an easy thing even for some gigantic enterprises and I think MyHosting has done a pretty good job for me at this. Well done for all the good work you have done over the past three years and keep it up MyHosting.

In my opinion, the most important thing concerning your website is the amount of uptime. With MyHosting, I am happy that my site has not experienced any significant down time. In terms of price also, they are quite competitive as compared to the other major web hosts plus their customer service has also impressed me quite a bit. This is my 12th year with them in a row and I have been quite happy because of their transparent terms of service and their friendly demeanor. Whenever I encountered some problems, I preferred the online chat system which is quite effective in addressing my issues. And they have never failed to send me the chat transcript with turns out to be quite handy for me in case the same issue happens again. In a nutshell, it's been a very pleasant experience with them and I highly recommend them to webmasters and small businesses.

What has impressed me most during my stay with MyHosting is that their support personnel is highly professional and displays a very friendly attitude. Service uptime has been pretty good and I have seldom seen any disruptions! Although I have seen cheaper web hosting services, what hinders me from leaving MyHosting is their reliability. MyHosting definitely rocks! The time that their support staff has taken to sort out my issues has always been very little. Ever since I did not even know what a website really is, MyHosting has been my web hosting service. The support that you have provided me over this entire time period and the impeccable service continues to impress me to this day. As you know for a newbie it's really important that off-line help tools are easy to follow as well as detailed, and this is exactly what I found with MyHosting. Furthermore their control panel is such a nice piece of software that newcomers like me would have no problem interacting with it and using it to perfection. One of my domains requires ASP functionality while the other one is dependent on the PHP scripting language, both of these have not only been available but have also given me no errors whatsoever. I can also manage my e-mail in a hasslefree manner. Because I am the kind of person who likes self-help tools and wants to avoid interaction with customer support as much as possible, MyHosting has turned out to be exactly the web host that has come up to my standards. Well basically I am a blog owner and I switched my web hosting service to MyHosting because of issues with my previous web host. Since then I have experienced almost negligible issues with the online presence of my website. The support personnel have been very quick in responding to all my queries and have handled all this in a very professional manner. If I have to describe their service in a few words, I would say "amazing at an affordable price". Apart from web hosting, I also had to transfer a few other domain names to MyHosting and I was able to do that without problems. Overall it's been a very positive experience and so I would give them full marks in all aspects.

I am from Canada and I run a website that sells software products to Canadian companies. My primary reason for staying with MyHosting is also that they are based in Canada but that could not have been the only reason in case their excellent support and uptime had been missing during the past five years, which obviously was not the case. I was a newbie to web designing when I purchased this service five years ago and I thought it would be very difficult for me to learn web designing skills without having been taught in this area. However their support staff was extremely helpful and was always there whenever I had a question or confusion. My freelance business has been depending on MyHosting since then and I'm very happy with them. Absolutely top of the notch customer service! Many a times I was working at night and although they stated a 24 hours customer support service, I thought that there would be no one at this time to help me. However, to my surprise there would always be someone on their side to help me solve my mystery.

During the sign-up, I found that registering with MyHosting was an extremely easy process, plus their rates are very tempting to entice anyone looking for a good feature-rich service to turn to them. After the sign-up, I was once again happy with the overall uptime of my website and the fact that I would have easy access to the statistics at the click of a button. Forgive me all the negative reviewers, but I have had no problems with their service whatsoever. The only problem that I faced once, and which in my opinion can't even be called a problem was that once my credit card expired, my subscription did not renew automatically. But once again this was not their fault because I had myself not checked the automatic renewal option. I contacted their customer support and they were very quick in resolving the problem and also notified me with an e-mail. I am very satisfied with them and would definitely recommend them to others as well.

I think this is a case that in my opinion should be sent to #11. They clearly said that e-commerce was available, but once I signed up I found that this was not the case. What is this if not misstatement and treachery? Avoid at any cost.

Perfect web hosting company. The only thing which seems to lack in my opinion is the ability to add some PHP modules. Furthermore, it is also cumbersome to configure PHP.ini using external tools so this functionality may also be incorporated.

For the past five years, I have relied upon MyHosting for all my hosting needs, and overall I have found them to be quite reliable and rugged. Downtime has been absolutely minimal and I could never be more happy with the features I got with them at such a competitive price. All my sites have been using the Joomla! content management system, which was very easy to install as well as upgrade, thanks to their one click script installer. Furthermore, their servers fulfill all the requirements of the Joomla platform, so I had no errors during installation or other problems after installing. In my opinion, the web host is a great choice for those looking for quality service at an affordable price. I definitely plan to stay with them for many more years to come.

Disappeared my VPS because of error

I have a VPS hosting account with MyHosting and everything was going fine until just yesterday (Saturday) when my VPS account disappeared. I contacted customer support and their was no reply until Monday when I was told that it was due to an administratve system error. The problem was was fixed after 48 hours since it started but I am not at all happy with their customer support standards. And how could I be happy when I have lost quite a few thousand visitors and a couple thousand dollars in sales because of their lousy support. They are responsible for my loss and so I would never recommend them to serious businesses who need VPS or dedicated servers to handle the flood of traffic their websites receive. Highly disappointed.

I simply can't express my love for them. Their support is definitely the best in the industry. I have hosted with them for the past 2 years without any problems whatsoever. Having been disappointed by 3 hosting companies before them, I got the feeling of belongingness when I saw their brand name "My Hosting" which felt like it belonged to me.
