Extremely Unprofessional Behavior with My Domain Transfer

I wanted to transfer my domain away from EasyCGI and the way they handled this was appalling. After 10 days of continuously sending them e-mail after e-mail, I was finally able to get my domain name unlocked so that I could transfer it to my new registrar. I contacted the customer support many times and the only answer I would hear over and over was that I should renew my domain name before it went into the redemption. Obviously this was not what I wanted since I had no intention of continuing to register my domain name with them. Very bad support, in fact they were trying their level best that I do not move my domain away. I have now transferred my domain name to my new registrar (GoDaddy.com) and I plan on reporting EasyCGI to the Better Business Bureau pretty soon.
