Dealing with iPowerWeb is not less than a nightmare. I run a small software company and my website maintained a customer database. Suddenly I found that I had lost all the recent records in my database. I contacted their customer support a couple of times but got a really really lousy response. Their support personnel is worthless in that they do not have any relevant knowledge about the problem at hand. The level of my frustration kept increasing the more I talked with them. Finally, I concluded that they are definitely not worth it and decided to move to another web host.
