IPage came up to my expectations

I was a bit skeptical before I was considering signing up with iPage. However after reading reviews on several websites most of which were positive, I decided to give them a go. I'm happy that I did because overall I'm really satisfied with their service. Quality has been top-notch and customer support is also quite responsive. There are only three criteria on which I did not give them a five star rating namely software, price, and plans. Software could've been better for example there are plenty of PHP applications for forums that iPage should really offer to its customers. Price and plans were given a four star rating because there is only a single plan, so you do not have flexibility to choose some other options that suit your requirements. Apart from this, I would definitely recommend them to webmasters who are on a small budget.

The iPage support team has been a source of great satisfaction for me since I purchased web hosting from them roughly 2 years ago. Of all the support staff at iPage, one person has helped me tremendously over the course of time, whose name is Eric. I have not had to wait more than 5 min no matter what time of the day I called them. I was a novice in web hosting and issues related to its maintenance and so I had to contact them quite frequently during the first few months. They've been very friendly throughout this time. The excellent features offered by them are also another reason that would make me stay with them for perhaps many more years. Highly recommended hosting company!

I have not been with iPage for a very long time, it has hardly been 7 months since I signed up with them. My decision to go with iPage was based on the large number of positive reviews about this company on different websites. Frankly speaking, I have not found their support team to be very quick, however they are available almost all the time and most often I get a reply from them in less than one hour. The uptime is also quite good. All in all, I have had no major issues with them so far. Recommended web host!
