I bought a reseller web hosting package from Heart Internet and I must say that I am very much satisfied with the level of service I have received. That said, they may not get everything set correct the first time. But frankly speaking they are able to fix any issues that may arise so that you are quickly up and running with their service. I have tried many web hosts for my reseller web hosting needs before Heart Internet but couldn't find a better solution. I had to ask a few questions and they got back to me quickly, so customer support is terrific. They give an uptime guarantee of 100% and from what I have seen from my personal experience, it seems to be very close to the stated figure. They do however experience external intrusion attacks which they are able to fix quickly. Overall, I am very satisfied with Heart Internet and would recommend it to anyone seeking a reliable and friendly hosting service.
