Wow, what a reliable web host I found! I signed up with LunarPages almost 3 years ago and have since been hosting five websites with them. Primarily, there was one reason I preferred them over other hosting companies, which is quick customer support. Before purchasing hosting from them, I contacted one of their support staff to see how quickly they respond to my query. And I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with their speedy response. They replied in less than 20 min while the best I have seen from the other web hosts is at least 12 hours. The features they offer on their hosting plans are also in no way less than the other top hosting companies. Plus the downtime has been of no concern to me since there was little downtime if any during this whole time. I hope to stay with LunarPages for many more years to come, wish them all the best in their endeavors, and highly recommend them to webmasters just like me.
