I have been switching web hosts for the last couple years, and have now finally settled on JustHost. Their servers are extremely fast, their support representatives are knowledgeable and friendly. On top of this they also have a 100% uptime. What else do you need from a web hosting company? Account activation with JustHost was also quite fast. They also showed the courtesy to move my website from my last web host. As opposed to what they advertise, I never found any templates with the free site builder despite roaming their site for a long time. So I was left with no option but to design the page using the web design application installed on my computer. When I had finished designing, I needed to upload it to the server. However, once again there was no information on their website as to how to do that. I called their customer support which claims to offer round-the-clock technical support. But I was shocked to find that their so-called technical personnel had absolutely no knowledge about the site or the software. Finally, I decided to cancel the service and sent them a ticket to do that. I have since been waiting to get a reply from them! I would advise anyone looking for a dependable hosting company to stay away from JustHost.

Would definitely recommend this web host to everyone!

It hasn't been a lot of time since I signed up for JustHost's just plan. It's incredibly low-priced (selling currently for only $3.45 per month) and at the same time is feature-rich. Their servers are quite good and the response time to any submitted tickets doesn't exceed 20 minutes. Would definitely recommend this web host to everyone!

I had to switch plenty of web hosts before I finally found JustHost. The transfer of my domain to their servers was quick, thanks to their excellent customer support team. This web hosting company is definitely the one that you need if you want to have the minimum possible downtime. In my case, there was no downtime which is a clear-cut indication that their servers are operating at lightning speed. The only problem that I experienced with them was regarding my MySQL database. However this was fixed promptly as soon as I sent them a support ticket. I haven't seen this level of customer support with any company so far. Instead, I had plenty of negative experiences with others. To cut it short, with a hosting company having literally 100% uptime as advertised back by 24-hour customer support, what else do you need?
